Unless expressly agreed otherwise, all services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may involve collaboration, approvals, feedback, and client-supplied materials.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, content, credentials, and materials needed for us to perform the services. Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect timelines and delivery.

5. Payments

MS Titan LLC is the merchant of record for all card payments related to our services.

Payments may be requested and accepted through invoices, proposals, direct payment requests, Stripe payment links, Stripe-hosted checkout pages, or other approved payment methods communicated by us.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices are billed in USD.

By submitting payment, you authorize MS Titan LLC to charge the agreed amount for the selected services.

6. Payment Methods

We may accept major payment cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, where available through our payment provider.

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment processors, including Stripe. We do not store complete card details on our own servers.

Depending on your card issuer and country, your purchase may be processed as a cross-border transaction.

7. No Physical Shipping

MS Titan LLC primarily provides digital and professional services. No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Any references to delivery, fulfillment, launch, handoff, or completion relate to digital services, files, project milestones, technical implementations, or consulting deliverables.

8. Project Commencement and Delivery

Work may begin after one or more of the following: written acceptance of a proposal, confirmation by email or message, payment of a deposit or invoice, or successful completion of a Stripe or other approved payment request.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated as fixed deadlines.

9. Revisions and Approvals

Where applicable, reasonable revisions may be included according to the agreed scope. Additional revisions, scope changes, extra pages, new features, expedited requests, or changes after approval may require additional fees.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our services are digital, customized, strategic, and time-based, refunds are evaluated according to the stage of work completed.

• If a client cancels before work begins, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• If work has already started, amounts attributable to completed work, consultations, planning, research, setup, design drafts, strategy, development time, or other labor already performed are non-refundable.
• Milestone-based, approved, delivered, or completed portions of work are non-refundable.
• If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of materials they provide to us, while we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, templates, know-how, and internal processes.

Final deliverables intended for the client are licensed or assigned according to the specific project agreement and only after applicable fees are paid in full.

We may display completed work in our portfolio unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Website or services for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to distribute harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive content, to interfere with Website security or operations, or to misuse proposals, deliverables, or confidential materials.

13. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, apps, plugins, social networks, advertising channels, or software tools. We are not responsible for the independent terms, policies, outages, security practices, or actions of third-party providers.

14. Limitation of Liability
